Mario:

Twitter is just a tool, and may be gone three years from now.

What is not a fad is the underlying behavior that Twitter enables. Helps me find my tribe - and socialize, learn, teach, engage and meet lots of people I never knew.

I've started using it as an sort of auxillary blog that is more public to my real life friends than the one I've kind of kept out of my RL view for several years now. I'm planning on reposting things that I don't mind my next door neighbor -who's connected to my FB seeing.

Mario,

I couldn't agree more. In addition to corporate storytelling, it's important for leaders to clearly and articulate their values in a compelling way. A outstanding example is the Montpelier Command Philosophy from the USS Montpelier nuclear submarine. I just posted it at: http://www.michaelleestallard.com/culture-change-compelling-expression-of-values-portfolio-of-stories

Check it out. Who wouldn't want to work for a leader who wrote that!

Best,
Michael

yes, this is a cool feature. I havea about 1500 "fake friends" who I play apps with, and i don't care to see their newsfeeds. I put my real friends into a list I called "enabled" and drag that list to the top of my list on my home page, and now, all I see are the Enabled people's feeds. Really cut down on the clutter.
