Yes, I hear them loud and clear. If you recall, Marketing Voices is the podcast run by my good friend Jennifer Jones at Podtech. I had a couple of earlier posts, the first of which was to ask for video podcasts and the second suggesting a roundtable. Well, guess what, Jennifer has started videocasting on a smaller scale and I’d definitely recommend your watching the three most recent ones.

#3: Podcast w/ Bruce Clay on SEO benefits for marketers (audio here)

* How important is SEO for marketers?

* What steps should be taken to achieve SEO results on the first page of search results?

#2: Videocast interview w/ Charlene Li (view video here)

* What is the name of Charlene’s new book?

* Why is Social Networking like air?

#1: Videocast interview w/ Guy Kawasaki (view video here)

Watch the video to see Guy answer some of these questions.

* how do you evangelize blogs? What kind of value will enable evangelism?

* 1st tip: focus on content, 2nd tip: think of it as a book.

* how many blogs does Guy read?

Why do I like the “Marketing Voices” series?

1. It’s valuable for marketers

2. It features marketers/pr/research folk who’re best practice experts and they share their insight (check the Guy Kawasaki and Charlene Li’s videocasts — see above)

3. It’s short (10 – 15 minutes; needs no editing)

…and I love video as well…Take a listen and let me know (leave a comment here) or better still (let Jennifer know) what you think of the videocast.

Plus, this week, I’ve been attending a couple of events as well. Feel free to check out my most recent photographs at Hugh Macleod’s party (Gaping Void) in San Francisco as well as Kris Tate (Zooomr)’s birthday party.

All my photos of the two parties can be accessed here.

I’m not a marketer.

I love Marketing Voices.

Not many podcasts cram so much valuable content into so few minutes. I’ll second your thumbs up to Jennifer’s work.
